Douglas Thompson will be at The Speculative Bookshop’s first ever event. Taking place in Glasgow at the Old Hairdressers on Sunday 1st December from 6:30pm, they are hosting some local writers (not least of whom will be Douglas) who will be reading from – and selling – their books.
Go along, say “Hello” to Douglas, buy a copy of Entanglement and he will surely sign it for you 😉
On March 2nd*, Tanya Reimer will be at the Library in Manor Saskatchewan for the For the Love of Reading! event. From 1.30-4pm there will be programme events for children (reading, crafts, games). At 1.30pm you can Meet the Author, in which Tanya will read from her books and sign copies (including Ghosts on the Prairies, A Sacred Land Story) and answer questions until 2.30pm.
* Note the date has changed from February 20th to March 2nd
Existence is Elsewhen, our fantastic new anthology is available from 18th March 2016 as an eBook. It will be published in print on 25th March 2016, and launched at Mancunicon.
The title, Existence is Elsewhen, paraphrases the last sentence of André Breton’s 1924 Manifesto of Surrealism, perfectly summing up the intent behind this anthology of stories from a wonderful collection of authors. Different worlds… different times. It’s what Elsewhen Press has been about since we launched our first title in 2011.
In Existence is Elsewhen we present twenty science fiction stories for you to enjoy, one from each of the following twenty great authors:
